Do you charge by the hour for remote service?
Yes. The standard Computer Care labor rate is $100 per hour for remote support.
Are parts included?
No. Parts, replacement equipment and paid software are separate from labor and are discussed before purchase whenever possible.
Can I start with remote support?
Yes. For many Windows, software, email, printer and performance problems, remote support is the recommended first step.
What if the problem cannot be fixed remotely?
If the problem requires physical access to the computer, cabling, router or other hardware, Computer Care can discuss on-site service options.
